Our particular metrosexual

Just one picture today. :) I have done a bunch of fall/winter clothes shopping for Nolan recently at some amazing sales. Since it was cooler yesterday I put on Nolan's stylish new jeans and he requested his orange Thomas shirt. Then he found his orange plaid shirt and wanted that on too. With his orange raincoat (not pictured) he was definitely the stylish little man.

He is also getting much more particular about SO many things. I made the mistake of showing him the tag on his shirt one day when he didn't want to get dressed and made a big deal of it being a "2T" shirt and how cool that was. Now he insists on only wearing certain clothes and wants to see the labels of everything. And heaven forbid it NOT be what he has in mind. Yesterday after we left the daycare he refused to take his coat off. I had put it on him so just the hood was on his head and he wore it the entire way through the building, in the car on the way home, walking to the house and into the house for the first 15 minutes. Completely REFUSED to take it off and when I tried to get it off of him proceeded to throw a crying screaming fit. Niiiice.

And it's not only clothes that he is getting particular about. Nolan's daycare is in the basement ( (B) on the elevator button). We have to visit at least one other floor before he'll get off on 1 in the afternoon. Then we have to walk all the way through the lobby of the building to see the letters that Beneficial Bank has on the wall outside of their branch. Then we have to go down particular stairs where he holds the railing on only one side. Then we have to sit on the bench before we get in the car. Once in the car we have to go past not one but TWO fire stations to see the fire trucks. And if we deviate from this at all it results in fits. I know routine is important but MAN is it tiring!!

Anyways...here is the picture :) The picture is a little light, but you can still see how cute and little man-ish he is.
